A falling eyelash: a wish!

Wish wish wish……a falling eye lash! Quickly clutch it, set it on top
of your hand, close your eyes and WISH…..when someone softly pick up a fallen eye lash from the cheeks by pinching softly with two fingers, asking you to close your eyes with the act of placing the lash on your hand. You close your eyes and a sweet smile stretches your lips……you make a wish and blow the eye lash with the hope that it will carry the message to GOD……IS IT TRUE? Can a fallen eye lash carry my wish to GOD?

Mind is perhaps the fastest element in the universe. We human being just don’t know to stop thinking…..thinking what?....hmm! That’s another ball game again. Every one of us has a wish (not one actually, I or maybe you too have many) …no wonder if a wish is ‘building castles in the air’….wish is a wish. Dictionary say a wish is a want/ long for……economic terms like ‘unlimited wants/wish’ and ‘limited goods’ were like hammer during Durba madams lectures (economic professor). What I never learned from those sleeping tablets (I mean mam’s lectures) was “how to articulate my wish?” Still no regrets……

Neither dictionary nor economics lectures helped me to track the right definition of ‘WISH’ but thanks to myself…..my brain in the teacher, my heart is the monitor, my eyes is the student. It really worked! My brain taught me to wish for things which I know I can achieve in this life-time (not making castle in the air or a card house), my heart monitored the process by making me more patience and waiting for the right time to hit my wish, my eyes learned it well…..now I know the art of “wishing”……so I love to wish..I wish with confidence…..no more Marshall (economist) is required to gather the meaning of ‘WISH’…..no more helpless eyes to say “I wish I could…….”. But with bright eyes I say …..I wish to celebrate my new year in GOA, I wish to be a good PRM (public relation manager), I wish to give a good surprise to my dad and I wish to travel a lot and lastly I wish to write a book!........

To all my ‘fans’…oh sorry I mean ‘friends’ I just want tell you…..YOU ARE THE BEST TEACHER OF YOURSELF AND WE NEED NOT DEPEND ON ANYTHING ON THE EARTH TO MAKE OUR DREAM or WISH COME TRUE…WHAT YOU NEED IS ONLY A HEART WITH LOADS OF GUTS! HAPPY WISHING…….
