The story called ‘Onion tragedy’.

Rs.60-Rs.90/kg? it’s a OMG (oh my God) expression ! Now onion will not make you cry when you cut it. Wana know why? Because now onion will be more effective for another sense organ. Your ears…..well the swelling price of onion will surely make you cry…lol.

It is said that the price of onion determines the fate of the government. Onion is giving a tough time to our sardarji (PM, Manmohan Bichara). Smuggle of drugs or weapons were easy affairs but now smuggling of onion from our neighbor’s field (Pakistan) is getting sturdy. Sharad Pawar became a sabji wala as he is calculating the sky rocking prices of onion and vegetables every passing second.

One of my uncle said, “it is better to eat fish or meat instead of using onion”. Honestly, one who earns knows the value of every rupee. The galloping price of things is a whip for a person who earns 10-15k/per month and have a family to support. We talk of a developed nation but we don’t know the pros and cons for the so called developed nation “the rising India”. Census shows till date there are people who earn maximum rs.20/per day (in Orissa) and if they have to pay Rs.60 to Rs.90/kg onion, you can think what will be the story of onion tragedy.

Note- now onion, a rich people commodity………

A falling eyelash: a wish!

Wish wish wish……a falling eye lash! Quickly clutch it, set it on top
of your hand, clo
se your eyes and WISH…..when someone softly pick up a fallen eye lash from the cheeks by pinching softly with two fingers, asking you to close your eyes with the act of placing the lash on your hand. You close your eyes and a sweet smile stretches your lips……you make a wish and blow the eye lash with the hope that it will carry the message to GOD……IS IT TRUE? Can a fallen eye lash carry my wish to GOD?
Mind is perhaps the fastest element in the universe. We human being just don’t know to stop thinking…..thinking what?....hmm! That’s another ball game again. Every one of us has a wish (not one actually, I or maybe you too have many) …no wonder if a wish is ‘building castles in the air’….wish is a wish. Dictionary say a wish is a want/ long for……economic terms like ‘unlimited wants/wish’ and ‘limited goods’ were like hammer during Durba madams lectures (economic professor). What I never learned from those sleeping tablets (I mean mam’s lectures) was “how to articulate my wish?” Still no regrets……
Neither dictionary nor economics lectures helped me to track the right definition of ‘WISH’ but thanks to myself…..my brain in the teacher, my heart is the monitor, my eyes is the student. It really worked! My brain taught me to wish for things which I know I can achieve in this life-time (not making castle in the air or a card house), my heart monitored the process by making me more patience and waiting for the right time to hit my wish, my eyes learned it well…..now I know the art of “wishing”……so I love to wish..I wish with confidence…..no more Marshall (economist) is required to gather the meaning of ‘WISH’…..no more helpless eyes to say “I wish I could…….”. But with bright eyes I say …..I wish to celebrate my new year in GOA, I wish to be a good PRM (public relation manager), I wish to give a good surprise to my dad and I wish to travel a lot and lastly I wish to write a book!........
To all my ‘fans’…oh sorry I mean ‘friends’ I just want tell you…..YOU ARE THE BEST TEACHER OF YOURSELF AND WE NEED NOT DEPEND ON ANYTHING ON THE EARTH TO MAKE OUR DREAM or WISH COME TRUE…WHAT YOU NEED IS ONLY A HEART WITH LOADS OF GUTS! HAPPY WISHING…….

Government failure: a new trend and the leaders as trend setters.

A question always pops up in the mind….how many leaders (politicians)of India actually know what “democracy” connotes and denotes? Every political science book have one compulsory chapter i.e. DEMOCRACY. Well how many politicians actually have studied political science to know Aristotle’s definition of democracy? Never mind if the answer is in the ratio of 2:8 (2=know and 8=don’t know).
“India is the largest democracy of the world”……..merely remained a statement (I think). Democracy…… by the people, of the people, for people……..but where are the people gone now? Government is made and broken with ease. In the so called Parliamentary form of government the President is known as the bird in the golden cage, so are the people in democracy. Citizens don’t have a role to play in the working of the government (except going and pressing a button in the voting machine).
Politics have become a good career option for the people above 40 years (sometimes below 40). The recent trend in politics is “government failure in the states”. Whether it is Karnataka or Andhra Pradesh…….the trend is growing supper fast and credit goes to our trend setters who are our great leaders…..LEADERS….BLOODY TITLE….LEADER (lol). Behind all these dramas the most advantageous group is the media group…they are getting lots of news everyday…what can be better than this?
We can only say that “Sorry Aristotle….your definition of Democracy no more works in India. We better change your definition as…..by the politicians, of the politicians, for the politicians.”
PS- There is the change of monopoly/dictatorship in India in near future. Don't Jeopardize Democracy!

The seed that you sowed….

Why people fall in love?.....to make the dreams come true, to be happy, to have someone to share all the feelings etc etc…no no not correct! Actually there is no such practice of falling in love. LOVE is just not arranged..IT JUST HAPPENS. THERE IS NO REASON TO FALL IN LOVE BUT WHEN YOU FALL IN LOVE IT BECOMES A REASON ITSELF. Love is not a constitution which is full of fundamental rules, fundamental rights and fundamental duties (sometimes rigid and sometimes flexible). It even doesn’t starts with a preamble like…we the people of the same religion are falling in love and bla bla bla….. Not possible! Don’t know why people fall in love but they fall for each other, they hurt each other, they share their sorrows and happiness with each other, they dream together, they laugh together….more than anything else, they start caring each other! It is just so good to fall in love.

Sowing the seed: The pair of eyes get a dream! Someone comes and crave a dream in those eyes and sow the seed in your heart. The seed of love……the seed of dream! But when the seed starts budding….BANG….you just come to know that you were in your dream. Dreaming is just so easy business on the earth. But dreaming of being in heaven when you stand alone in the middle of a desert is worst. Likewise falling in love is good but only when you know that it is going to work out. You make a house with your own hands day by day and suddenly a wind blows it off. THE BEST AND WORST THING THAT CAN HAPPEN TO ANYONE IS …LOVE! BE AWARE OF FALLING IN LOVE!

MNC culture..my observation meter finally captured :P !

Have you ever noticed a chalta phirta ad (moving or walking ad)? NO!....OMG don’t tell me that. If you stay in a metro I can bet, you surely have! Well, you never saw MNC employees hanging around in the malls or in some public gathering?………they (not every MNC employee) are those ads. Haha! People, excuse me if you are one of them. Please don’t mind me for jotting something like this! Why these people like to hang their ID card around their neck with the flashing names like IBM, WIPRO, DELL, INFOSYS etc during off-office hours? I understand, when they are in their work place they have no exemption to it but I really failed to scrutinize the reason of hanging that extra credence around their neck inside a shopping mall or a public place…feels funny! I have been observing this from long but never discussed with anyone. When I see people roaming (sometime dating) they have their MNC tag hanged on them. Cities like Delhi, Pune, Bangalore, Hyderabad are more prone to it (sorry friends).... :P!

I never thought I will put my observation (people hanging their ID card and roaming in the malls) in words but something more interesting happened which gave me an impetus to do so. While I was in a mall in Hyderabad suddenly I heard a sentence “let me see the bag which company she belongs to”…….a voice striked my ears! Well, it was the voice of a person who was struggling to see the name of the company imprinted on the bag (hanged on the shoulder of a girl who crossed in the fraction of seconds). Haha….yo, that’s the MNC culture! Knowingly or unknowingly this so called MULTI-NATIONAL’s have engulfed our perception.

Finally after all these gala time (:P) I decided to give a name for this prevailing phenomena. Don’t you think it will be unjust if this wide practice is left nameless? Hahaha….. Let us all join our hands and clap for the new name…SHOW-OFF ADVERTISING. Wow…perfect! If you want to be a part of this (show-off advertising) kindly don’t part your ID cards for a minute or so! Hang it when you go to a vegetable market or a fish market etc! CHEERS FOR THE NEW CONCEPT IN ADVERTISING SECTOR………LOL

2 parts to Hindus,1 part to Muslims..what an idea Sirji !

Miserably this sentence (2 parts to hindus,1 part to muslims) appeared in TOI(The Times of India) on 1st oct….. LARGE FONT SIZE,BOLD AND DARK! It was the headline after the verdict on Ayodhya issue was out. You know, media always is thorny and fortunately (or can say unfortunately) play the role of a magician. MAHA CHALAKH! AMIR, a big cheers to you for PEEPLI LIVE…it is just the authentic face of media……the reality! “A rebellion” was almost engulfing the country on 30th october….with the massive security cracking every part of the country. The fire was sure to flame up but thank God (Jesus, Bhagwan and Allah) nothing happened. Again media enters into the scene…..all the TV programs on 30th(or before 30th) October carried the massage that hindu, muslim are one….a pandit and a maulabi shaking hands etc. It was really great to see that. Unexpectedly the verdict day went smoothly all over the country…..there was no news of any scrap in the country.

The headline carried by TOI was kinda critically justified but it could have been better in some other word format too. OH..how can I forget to clutch our Master Mind’s…..Advani uncle, Mulayam (haha..not mulayam/soft atall :P) uncle and aunties too.Mulayam Singh ,Samajwadi Party Chief remarked “MUSLIMS ARE BEEN CHEATED IN AYODHYA VERDICT”…..WOW! what an emotional atyachar mulayam uncle (grandfather would be better used :P). People, just make a combo of TOI’s headline(2 parts to Hindus,1 part to Muslims) and Singh’s statement (muslims cheated)…………..GOD BANKS US NOW!

When everything is fine why the pointless galata again! People took the judgement with ease (a hindu guy offered namaz with a muslim friend for peace). When common man is happy why the profiles wana disturb the scene. AND MEDIA?They never live a YARN TO SPIN! What a talent we have in India!

If anything(communal riots) flare-up again (may God not do that) nobody but the POLITICS AND MEDIA WILL HAVE TO SWALLOW THE RESPONSIBILITY…….THATS TRUE!
